E46M3 HRE fitment - Does it work for Z4M?

Hi,

I found a local set of HRE C20's that I love. The wheels are currently on an E46M3. From my research, most E46M3 fitments work for the Z4M as well (sometimes spacers are needed). Can anyone confirm whether I will have any major fitment issues if I buy these for my Mcoupe?

Thanks!

I think you have to have spacers, becoz I've got a Hartge Wheels from Z4 3.0i I had to get spacers in the rear only 'n that Hartge Wheels was fitting very well on the E46 M3. Anyhow, if the width more than 10'' in rear wheels I think it'll be good I bought VMR CSL's got them from E46 M3 but I didnt fit them yet

^ incorrect and that's because a Z4 3.0 rear wheel generally has a decently higher offset than the Z4Ms/E46 M3s.

Z4M and regular Z4 offsets are different.

E46 M3 and Z4M offsets are about equal and a spacer will most likely not be required if the E46 M3 owner chose normal offsets.

regular Z4 offsets closely match E46 regular 3 series, E36 M3, E36 3 series etc...

Every situation is different. Find out the exact offsets and widths etc to be sure.
