rpi scoop install help

Im a little embarrassed to say that I need a little help installing the RPi scoop on my MCoupe.

So I got the grill off and the stock plastic piece that covers the tract to the intake. I can't seem to get this thing aligned right. I can't find a position that seems to make sense and where all the holes line up to mount to something.

Do I need to remove the cross bar in front of the radiator? Anyone have a DIY or pics?

I'm usually pretty decent at this stuff.

Thanks

Glad you figured it out
The self-tapping screws are actually quite useful. I only used the two screws and the scoop never budged, even at 153mph GPS recorded (somewhere off in Mexico of course )

Garage List
I only used two as well. A ridiculously long screwdriver helps as well

Same embarrassment here... I have the RPI scoop but don't know where the holes are supposed to line up. The instructions linked above are no longer available. Anyone that has the RPI Scoop installed on their M willing to share a few pics?

Shows the 3 locations where it's screwed in

How it looks without the bumper on.. bumper removal is NOT required for installing the scoop.

Cheers
