Took my 3.0si to Homestead Miami Speedway today

After installing bilstein pss9's last month I was itching to get out on the track.

First time ever getting out there and it was a blast.

Took a couple of sessions to get acclimated, but afterwards got to really push the car and have some real fun.

Hope you like the pics!

Great pictures! The M front bumper looks great on your SI. Did you keep your old fog lights in a box somewhere when you removed the old bumper? It almost seems to me that one could install them them on an M bumper by mounting them to the top underside of the brake duct, and recessing them back far enough so they don't look out of place, while stil offering some practical function.

But the pics are great!!

I did keep the fogs and the bumper, however I probably used the fogs maybe once since I've had the car (over 5 years).

Never really thought of trying to mount them back on but I would assume there's a way your idea would work.

Thanks! It was great. Getting familiar with the track was a little challenging, but got a lot better as the day went on. Already looking to get back out real soon.

How did your brakes hold up? And are the brake ducts connected?

Brakes held up fine throughout the day, but definitely looking to upgrade ASAP.

The brake ducts aren't connected

pretty easy to connect those ducts mate, turner sells an el-cheapo kit. or you can do it even cheaper at ace/bunnings

it's on the list, just purchased a supersprint exhaust system and looking at some street/track pads first.
