Angel Eye Bulb Upgrade
I bought two new 20w bulbs that were recommended in this forum. To change the bulb in the 2008 it was super simple. The bulb sits in a thin long tube and pops out easily. I think that the driver side is slightly brighter but that could just be my mind doing that.
Anyways ... maybe you guys can tell me as I can't see the difference in the brightness. Passenger side is stock and driver side is updated. The longer bulb is stock Stock Upgraded Light output, driver side on the left |

If the brightness isn't significantly difference (only your real life eyes can tell since camera sometimes can't really capture light brightness accurately), I would not risk having the "hotter" bulb potentially melting something in the light assembly.

There is an LED option that won't trigger any bulb out warnings?
I have driven the car maybe 20min since installing them so no risk to over heating right now. I will take a look again at night and see if I can tell. If not I will end up removing them. Thanks guys! |

I have bought 20w off of ebay and these bulbs only lasted maybe a couple month. It kept on blowing out, went back to original replacement bulb and no more blow.
