Angel Eye Bulb Upgrade

I bought two new 20w bulbs that were recommended in this forum. To change the bulb in the 2008 it was super simple. The bulb sits in a thin long tube and pops out easily. I think that the driver side is slightly brighter but that could just be my mind doing that.

Anyways ... maybe you guys can tell me as I can't see the difference in the brightness. Passenger side is stock and driver side is updated.

The longer bulb is stock

Probably about 8.275% brighter by my scientifically calibrated eyes.

Why didn't you go with the LED bulb?

If the brightness isn't significantly difference (only your real life eyes can tell since camera sometimes can't really capture light brightness accurately), I would not risk having the "hotter" bulb potentially melting something in the light assembly.

There is an LED option that won't trigger any bulb out warnings?

I have driven the car maybe 20min since installing them so no risk to over heating right now. I will take a look again at night and see if I can tell. If not I will end up removing them. Thanks guys!

I have bought 20w off of ebay and these bulbs only lasted maybe a couple month. It kept on blowing out, went back to original replacement bulb and no more blow.
