ECS tuning.. what on earth is going on there??

OK, so I finally get my postage slip that my order from ECS is awaiting pickup.. COOL doesn't matter that i ordered it over a month and a half ago, and it doesn't matter that after my order, they email me and tell me its going to be a week or 2 before they ship my order as they are waiting for parts…

I get all that, really I do….

what i DONT get, is that when they ship my order, its INCOMPLETE!!! I get one Pulley, in a massive box!! no other pulley, no belt..

Gotta love it…

this is my order…

https://www.ecstuning.com/ES2777204/

and this is what i get….

I know I've winghed about ECS before, but thought id give em another try..
I know there is a guy on these forums from ECS, can you chuck me a PM please so we can sort this out, my car is in the shop ATM waiting for these parts…

Sorry to hear that, no good when that happens. I just placed an order from ECS as well. They split my shipment because some of the parts were on order. Hope they come through for us both.

Edit: James got in touch with me and put Chris from ECS in touch with me who has quickly resolved the issue. Now just gotta wait for the new box to arrive.

Thanks again James.

Outstanding customer service from yourself and your team on this mishap.

Outstanding customer service is the only thing keeping them afloat because their entire order to fulfillment process needs to be redesigned from scratch. Everything from updating their real-time inventory tracking system to 21st century standards to replacing their incompetent order pickers who seem to always pack the wrong stuff. Their customer-facing side of very knowledgeable staff and nice customer service reps are unfortunately overshadowed by their apparently very poor operations department. And don't get me started on their shipping costs for a single nut or bolt.

Vanne glad we got that taken care of.

Twixboy - order $25 bucks worth of those nuts and bolts and they usually ship free with our current promotion. If you're trying to order a few small items and the shipping cost seems way out of lin shoot me a link and I'll look into the weights and dims for you, often they are part of the issue.

I've ordered from them 4 times this year with really no issues so I guess I must be lucky.

I have to say I have never had issues with ECS.
I did call them out once on a a short shipped item that they promptly Fedexxed to me next day. It did turn out I had recieved that particular item and had set it aside and forgotten about it.

Edit
Vanne sorry to hear about your problems with this order

I would not recommend ECS for any mechanical parts, especially aftermarket non-OEM.

Had coolant pipes replaced on another vehicle, only to find manufactured defect after a 20 hr install, they do not cover any quality related issues just parts
