Tuning advice for my 3.0si

Hi every1, this is the first topis im starting rather then just replying to others, hope you can help me out. I am the proud new owner of a 2006 Z4 coupe 3.0si and would like to get it upto or at least closer to the 300bhp mark. it is the N52 engine so already has 260-265bhp depending on what sire you look at. I dont want to touch the exhaust as i dont want it too noisy or obvious its been "played" with. Spoken to a few different companies and there all fairly confident in getting between 15 to 20bhp out of it. However that still leaves me a bit short of 300ish. I was looking at the simota carbon cai's which can give upto 10bhp apparently however they are only for the M54 3.0. Any ideas where i can get a decent cai or anything suttle for a bit of help to get closer to 300BHP? I'm in the uk btw so delivery charges might be silly from abroad.

No one makes a supercharger kit for the N52 engine yet. The M54 yes but not the N52. As of right now there are very few modifications for the N52 engine. There are a few exhaust options, I haven't seen any intake options. You might have to wait for anything substantial. To get to the 300 HP mark you're going to need a lot more then you think. N/A tuning is very expensive for sadly very minimal gains. You're looking at headers, full catback exhaust, intake, and software that should put you close to it but also probably drain a good 3500$ with install.

even if supercharger kits were available i want to keep it n/a. the remap company seem confident of 15-20bhp and with a simota i should gain 4-6bhp apparently so i guess im not really gonne get much better then maybe 290 if i'm lucky..

i have a z4 3.0si myself and exhaust is one option. but expensive supersprint i called sells the muffler and y-pipe for 1300 dollars.to get closer to 300 hp you then would have to get full header system for the car, which costs $5600 . they say it will give about 30 hp and the exhaust does about 10 to 15.
for intake , i found one but it costs $900 dollars and is carbon fiber,.
Iam in the process myself of doing some cheap upgrades to my car. i just want the sound for it. so iam making a custom intake and deleting the resisnator

or you could just pop in a v8 motor in there from haman 400hp then

You can also look at the Eisenmann exhausts they sound great, as well as Remus. Supersprint isn't the only company that makes one.

I found no intakes apart from the gruppe m for the n52 engine and the only exhausts i found are cat back only, all manifolds are only LHD.

gruppe yeah thats the intake which costs 900 dollars i found. the carbon fiber one. that is expensive for an intake. i thought intakes were supposed to run from 200 to 400. i wish aem or some other brand comes out with an intake

i looked everywhere and know1 does 1. the reason they dont make one is because the air flow sensor is screwed onto the airbox, i could probably reposition it but cant be bothered. just ordered a bmc panel filter and gonna remove the resonator foams.

all you would have to do unscrew that intake sensor and get a 2 or 3 inch rubber tube and pop make it fit into the tube. then have the air filter at the end of it
