lol, yeah; did myself quite a disservice the weekend before I picked up the 3.0 si; I went to a local dealership and drove an Imola M; unfortunately, the wife put her foot down on the color choice, and since it is not the most reasonable car, I decided to pick my battles.
On top of that, i decided that I didn't want to battle with her on the car payment, so went with the lower priced option... for now. If my dream shows up though, I'll move quick on it, no worries there, so if you see one (Interlagos over Beige Interior/Top), please shout!! |

2007 M Roadster, Silver Gray, Automatic transmission (just kidding)
Coming over from 12 years of Miata's (5 years with a supercharged one, many hands on mods). My biggest question is, how do you guy's keep from getting tickets? This car is just WAY too fast Would love to hear the lowdown on the three forums (Bimmerfest, Bimmerforums, and Zpost). What would you say are the defining characteristics of each with regards to a Z4 owner? |

Thanks, but really, ZPost, Bimmerforums, Bimmerfest....which one? You guys seems to be pretty easy going and actually work on your cars (i.e. info on diagnosing OBD codes, etc) and that's what I like. I'd really like to only closely follow one forum.

new to site
Just found this site, looks like some good folks and info here. Just got home from a fly and drive yesterday. Los Angeles CA to Edmonton, Alberta Canada.
1922 miles in a 2006 Z4 Roadster. Montego Blue, Tan interior, sport package . Great weather although a little cool for top down, sure wish it had a rear wind screen. Hope to have some summer cruising fun. |

That's a good question, as I'm fairly new here myself. I have tried all three, and have gravitated to ZPOST as my "go to" site. IMO, Bimmerfest seems to have a lot more Z3 activity .................. nothing wrong with that, just not what I am interested in at this point. Bimmerforums is ok, but as I said, I developed an affinity to this site when I was reading and learning prior to picking up the M Roadster. Everyone here has also been very friendly. Just my 2 cents worth John |
