I sold my 07 a year ago for $28k. It was fully loaded and under warranty just like yours. Mines had 19K miles. I listed it for sale for almost 5 months and no decent offers. The highest was 28k so I sold it. Carmax offered me $27,500 at the time. KBB retail was $37,700.

I just purchased an 07 few weeks ago, and I've been researched the M coupe market for months before pulling the trigger. 2008 is super hard to find, especially with NAV and warranty. If it was just a dent on a fender, your car should worth at least $32k. Worst case scenario $31.5K

You need to be a BMWCCA member. In my experience the online ads will be posted some 1-2 months before the hardcopy magazine is published and distributed. For example, I posted my car online in late August and it sold well before the October issue came with my ad just about a week ago.

Oddly, the online ad will expire on its own in a month (unless you bump), before the hardcopy comes out. I am just now getting queries from the hardcopy posting, which I have to turn away.

just as another input point, I bought my 07 coupe loaded in Apr 2010 with 26k miles, everything clean with 9 months of warranty for 29k.
