nah, car is going in on thursday.... i spoke to the manager again, hes sticking with its just the tires.

Perhaps take him on a test drive with you and show him that the traction control should not be going buck wild on dry roads?

i dont even care at this point, im focusing on being in the M by year end...gonna pay down the loan as much as possible and this time i know when the prices drop!

There has to be another dealer nearby that can give a "second opinion" cuz that's f'ing BS.

Ya i made an appt with the dealer i bought the car from- not the one with the body shop...
