Got a Bavarian Autosport Acrylic windblocker windscreen, a Valentine One radar detector, BMW rubber floormats, and cleaning stuff for my '07 Z4 Roadster.

Already love the Valentine 1. Going to hardwire it into the overhead light tomorrow. When its plugged in to the single outlet, my XM doesn't have a power source.

Santa brought me a good samaritan that helped me to get home from Tokyo in time to make my connection in LA to NY to visit my family (even if it was only for 36 hours). I surprised my mother walking in the front door .. she was so shocked my sister came running into the room to see why she screamed.

I basically ran out of cash and both of the ATMs at the Ueno Train Station were out of service. I then proceeded to miss the next three trains while running around begging people for cash and no would could understand me (note to self: learn Japanese).

Anyhow ... I got lucky and found a person there with a religious group that spoke English. She offered to buy my ticket and I was on my way. I made it through customs with about 20 minutes to spare .. not my usual 3 hours.

All told it was a journey ... 3hrs to Ueno, 2hrs begging, 1hr to Narita, 10hrs to LA, 8 hour layover, 4 hours to O'Hare, overnight in O'Hare, 2 hours to NY ..... all told 42 hours of travel for a 36 hour vacation. 100% worth it!

That's one good story...what did you do when you came back to L.A, did you pay the people or got in touch with the people who helped you?

I use to own an R6 and sold it for damn near pocket change to a friend a couple years ago who desperately wanted a motorcycle of his own. I probably could've gotten at least $5k for it at the time but sold it to him for $2k so he'd be able to ride. What does this guy do 3 weeks later?.....He trades it in on a new on R6 and calls me up BRAGGING that the dealer gave him $5500 for it. Thanks Hawkeye. My insurance on the '07 Yamaha R1 is $290/YEAR. I'm 26 and have both BMW's through State Farm along with my house and now the R1.
