2007 Z4 3.0I Auto (pic)

I just need a wake up call as to what is really possible with this Motor.
What I would like to do it.
Headers ( would they even fit if they were made for the up to 2006 models)
Full Exhaust.
Intake ( I do not even think they make any, At least I havent found any)
Jet CHip Tunning.
75 shot Wet Kit ( ANy Brand )
Make about 300whp on the bottle and run like high 12s in the 1/4.
Is that even possible in this car with the automatic tranny? How strong are these motors to hold the 75 shot?
Any Info is appreciated,
Where can I find the parts I am looking for, the headers intake and exhaust ect?

the step tranny power limit sucks (search e46fanatics on fi step tranny problems) seems like 300 is the number when the problems start. your best bet is to contact turner motorsports and see if they still offer what is basically an si conversion with euro ehaust manifolds, software and the si intake manifold. I think it puts down 270ish. search e90post for more info on it though. also swap the diff out to a 3.64 (may already be though) also look at the helene panel filter for the oem cai.

there are no intakes for the facelift cars (that I'm aware of) that offer any gain over oem. it seems that none of the tuners jumped on board the n52 once the n54 came out.
