Looks more like the water built up somewhere, and when he tugged on the trim, it all came out. If his man servant only poured a bucket on it, he wouldn't have time to get inside the car and take a pic while its leaking that bad unless he was waiting for it (at which point he should/would have removed his laptop)

Leases are 400/mo, live with parents/parents pay for lease, union jobs, etc.

Very true. A 2009 is high 30s low 40s around here. Not much more than a 2008 low mileage Z4MC. Until the E89 Z4MC comes out, that 09-11 non-M platform is not worth buying for me and my needs. Once the new Z4M is released ( already been confirmed) that will be in my garage the month its released in the US.

In fact I already have Magnesium Blue CE28s I am going to throw on my new white '12 Z4M....

I live in a pretty heavily unionized area and have only seen a few E89s. None of the drivers looked like they belonged to any union. Just looked like people of means in the wealthier suburbs.
