Oh No! I'm One of You!!!
Finally! After months and months of looking and test driving, I finally got my Z4. Bought it from CarMax and had it transferred in from their Atlanta location. Pics are from today when I took delivery, finally safe at home in my garage, and from the first night I saw it after the transfer.
Here are the details: 2007 3.0si 23,000 miles M Sports seats (black) Automatic (I know, I know, I've always been a manual guy, but the paddles shift really quick.) CarMax warranty, so I'm covered for 5 years up to 75,000 miles. Plenty of more pics to follow... And a big thank you to all of you for advising me and answering all my stupid questions throughout my search. |

Congrats, gorgeous color and car! Perfect time of year for top down driving as well. Though, to me anything over 50 degrees is perfect top down driving weather. ;P

Hey32G - Nice 30.0si - you will absolutely love it and will get comments whenever you drive it, my wife has an '08 3.0si white with a beige top and we are jazzed about the car which we've had about one year.

Thank you guys for all the nice comments. I love it! I've had many sports cars, but I'm already amazed at the stares this thing attracts.
This evening, the new roommates finally met (the wife's C Class). I guess we like silver German cars. Last edited by HEY32G; 04-01-2015 at 07:48 PM.. |

Any mods in mind yet buddy? Its nice that we got to know you a bit before you got your zed. I love what you bought mate, and cant wait to see what direction you will take it in. Looks like it already has lowered suspension? Nice rims too.
Very nice purchase mate, congrats. ;-) |

Nope, stock suspension (as far as I know ). No big mod plans right now. I'll just enjoy it for a while then maybe if I get bored in a year or two. I plan to keep it for a very long time, so I have time. I had thought about a few things, but now that I have it, I don't seem too motivated to change anything. That will probably change eventually. Plus I bought that warranty on it, so I don't want to void that. |

1st track day: I did pretty well. Need better tires though. 2nd track day: Damn! That other Z4M kicked my ass. Looks like he's got a BBK and coilovers...
