Will these fit?

Will 265 ZR45 18 & 245 ZR45 18, fit on a 2006 Z4 M Coupe. This is the size of the tires on the 08 M3, the gun metal rims, think it would look good, but will they fit?

Are you just wanting to use the tires or rims and tires. You might search but I believe someone put a set of the M3 18" wheels and tires. Everything fit but the front offset was pretty agressive. He might have had to run some camber up front to make them fit/not stick out.

You might want to lower the aspect ratio in the back down to 40, to better match stock diameter. 245 on the fronts might look funny as well on stock rims.
