These price discussions always make me jealous... Whatever price you guys might pay would be a total steal where I am.

Consider a model similar to what's be discussed here - an 07 M Coupe in IB with roughly 13k mi on the clock... In dollar terms they're asking 53k! I think that's more than your list price was for a new one back then.

What makes it worse is that since South Africa makes all your 3 series sedans, you'd think they'd pass the export credits on to customers in the form of cheaper imports... Not a chance!

I bought my 3.0si new in 2007, and at the time managed to secure a 20% discount. I still paid approx $50k...
