Cars of the 50's and 60's...
Many of you will not relate to this...but for those of you that are a bit older...enjoy!

Those interiors. wow. So unique. Such an interesting era.
Sure would be an interesting to take an original Cobra around a track, although you can get a Factory Five Racing, version of one for about 1/5 the cost of an original today. |

Cars of the 50's and early 60's had "Character". They were designer statements and not engineering designs for efficiency. While the cars made today are the best ever made, they lack the visual appeal of the cars from the mid 50's to mid 60's.

Not my generation either but...
My father-in-law has a car garage full of Studebakers including the factory rodded R2,R3 Avantis. Some of these supercharged V8s would do deep into the 12s maybe 11s in the quarter with very little. Albeit, not great in the corners but I love cars from this era. Thanks for sharing.

I love going to the Good Guys Hot Rod Car shows......so great to see the mods and restorations on these great old cars. Funny thing but a friend has a 55 BelAir and we (meaning I) had to help push it after the show. Those suckers are HEAVY.
Thanks for sharing 155 Rosie
