Valve Adjustment?

Searched the entire forum regarding valve adjustments for my 2004 3.0i but couldn't find a clear cut answer. From the inspection 1 and 2 checklist sheets I found in various threads, it is not a procedure performed on my car.

Is this correct that my motor does not need valve adjustments?

only the M gets it done. Your engine has hydraulic self adjusting lifters. no need to worry
