I am going to be straight up with you. If you plan on properly designing and manufacturing a complete functioning undertray, sideskirts, and a rear diffuser package... you're looking at a $2000 price point. If you actually want to quantify that it provides any real benefit at all you're looking at wind tunnel time.

BTW there is no point in even doing it unless you're going to pair it up to a functioning front splitter as well. So basically you're designing an aero package for the Mz4... cool idea I hope you know what you're doing.

Hey we should be glad that people are taking an interest in producing pieces for our cars.

I spend too much money on developing stuff just for myself so why not make it available. I agree with you in every point.

I will par it with APR one for now, because someone offer challenge USA to develop a front splitter so I will not get on the way, in the end my piece and Challenge piece will work together anyways

There are these magical things called simulations, which, while not as reliable as a real wind tunnel test, are pretty accurate and should give a general idea of the results of whatever design one goes with. This guy seems to do a lot of design work. I think it's entirely possible he might have something in this regard.

Yes there is if you have a CAD model of a Z4 M coupe.

I'd think a Z4 shell would be sufficient. It's certainly a much cheaper and reasonable alternative to wind tunnel time.

Weren't you also looking to get VRS GB's going?
I found the old thread of yours, and checked out VRS's site. I don't like any of their other stuff besides maybe the hood and their rear diffuser:
