Wow, that's slammed. I won't be that low, but thinking I'll run the 265 squared. I heard the Hankook rs3s were being replaced soon by the rs4. Anyone know about this?

For an 18x9.5 et 35 up front I'm now thinking of a 255. I tried to fit a 265 from a friends set of apex with exact same dimensions and I hit the strut and fender liner. So I'm thinking 255 35 18. Will I need a spacer for this? What negative camber should I set? Also, is a 265 r and 255 front going to handle ok? I'm pretty low up front.

I think I will need a spacer and -2.9 camber but want to get other opinions. Thanks!

Ok thanks. I have a 10mm spacer, I can buy a 5mm but do you think a 10 is too much? What kind of camber settings do you suggest?

10mm will work, just 5mm clearance waste don outside. assuming you have camber plates I recommend -2.5 and above (I run -3.0 as i track often).

Turners site has a warning about 10mm spacers on bmws. They suggest a 12. Where would reccomend I pick up a 5mm?

Warning? As long as they're hubcentric and you are using extended bolts, i don't see a problem? I'm running H&R spacers with correct length bolts for each spacer (very important for safety reasons)

No issue with a 10mm spacer.. Get extended studs and make sure the wheels are hubcentric; you'll be fine.

this.... used them and not an issue.... their is enough of a lip for the 10mm to work with the z4m, I'm aware of turners warning on their page....

So it seems this is the setup:

255 35 18 mounted to an 18x9.5 et 35 with 5mm spacer -2.8 or more camber front

265 35 18 mounted to an 18x10 et 25 with optional 10mm spacer I own. Not sure about rear camber.

Any suggestions to this before I buy the tires?

im currently running 265 on 18x9.5 +35 rear with a 10mm spacer. that puts it roughly at +25. Perfect stance for me, camber is set at -2.5

What tires do you run? Im looking at the rs3, z2. Found the federal rsr to be really cheap but dont know too much about them.

Car will be my daily and occaisional track car.

Thanks for all the insight. How do you like the rsrs? We get minimal rain but how do they perform in wet weather? How about on a track?
