Best spark plugs for z4MC

Hi, anyone know the best performance spark plugs for my coupe, I am doing valve tune and while there may as well stick new plugs in.

Ngk iridium? And anyone know which ngk are best?
Or bosh? And if so, also which ones?

Quick lookup on sparkplugs.com reveals the following -

Iridium: NGK 6546 DCPR8EIX
Platinum: NGK 7415 DCPR8EKP

I asked for part numbers as there are about 25 different Ngk plugs that fit the z4, and want to make sure I am ordering the correct ones. But yes I do have the Internet and also a computer. Thx.

yeah it was pretty hard searching for those.. i had to cross reference like 3-4 sites to make sure i got the right one (non m)

I just use the stock Platinum: NGK 7415 DCPR8EKP.
The Iridium would last longer, but I replace them at each valve adjustment anyway.
