FS: s54 Headers for the 3 liter engines
These are Jet-Hot coated headers originally purchased for an M54 engine. They are coated with the toughest coating available. This is the recommended coating when using forced induction due to the heat generated. They can also be used in a non supercharged or turbo car. Either way these headers can free up some HORSEPOWER. They are brand NEW and NEVER USED. The M54 egine came in the: 330, e46 boby 3.0 Z4, E85 body 530, E39 body Headers may fit 2.8, 2.5, 328, 325, 528, 525 (To be honest I'm not sure of fitment) My X bought these for Christmas and had them coated. She was a top shelf kinda gal. I beleive they are SuperSprint, but cannot guarantee this since we have split up. If they are SS: Jet-Hot coating $295 Headers $1200 $800 takes them before they goto E-bay Last edited by JC5; 07-21-2007 at 02:49 PM.. |

There are meant to be the bridge in the SuperSprint exhaust for the OEM system into the SuperSprint Muffler. Their mufflers are great I have one on my 530. SuperSprint uses an odd size pipe that I beleive is metic (ie the one one the 530 is approx 2.9") When the OEM z4 system comes together it's in the Oem muffler. SS does this right after the center resonators. In general with the muffler a better fow is acheived.
We are finishing our e39 project, and slimming down our Z4 project. We have set a new goal of running at Bonneville on the satlt flats in 2 years no matter what. So there is a new car on the horizon. Of course the z will stay. How have you been? Did school finish / start well? |

Thought you were down in Salisbury.
I don't know after that photo of your Z4 on 4 jackstands in the air you pobably could fit it. If you ever need a good shop there is one a bunch of us have been using around Arundel Mills Mall http://www.4induktion.com/ They are great guys and do some fabulous work. They just installed headers on my e39 and hand fabricated the rest of the exhaust from scratch. Ohh la la magnific |

no they also do BMW. The owner has a race prepped m3 and the tech that works on my car has a strong Bmw background.
