These will work with our car? Actively looking for an adjustable rear control arms.

What other brands do you suggest other than these and what should might as well change while doing this job?

Hi Jordan,
Looks like that particular item is sold already.
From the ECS link those arms fit M and non M Z4 as well as E36 & 46.

I have Megan arms on my non M and they are working well with no signs of wear after approx 20k miles of driving.

For what it's worth I have a set of Turner Rear Adjustable Camber Arms (street) with under 3K miles on them. Need to get around to creating a classified post - PM if interested.

I had ECS Street adjustable rear camber arms on my car for 30k miles, it was solid on and off track use. Much easier to adjust too since its in the middle of the arm and not the end. definitely recommend it.
