I get about 18.0-18.5 on SoCal freeways in mostly heavy traffic.
North of 20 mpg cruising at 80 mph in 6th.

Chicago=z4m=what a joke on the gas mileage! @18-22-24 mpg depending on driving habits. Atypically 18 with ripping on the city streets. I love this car though.

The lowest I have seen is 31 MPG.I have seen it driving the car with 70-90 km for 150 km.
The highest I see is 16.5 when I used it within the city with lots of starts and stop and parking.

The crazy it was that before some days I was with another forum member that has the ESS compressor for 525 and he had around 28 mpg. I was amazed about that!

My Z4MR is actually getting not that much of a different mileage than my E92 M3 surprisingly, if both driven "normally"

I don't care, didn't buy the car to squeeze out as many MPG's as possible.

Curious if it is tune related. I have supersprint exhaust and filter but do not believe a tune to compensate

Not sure if AZ have a "winter" gas mix, but my MPG usually goes down a bit on our Cali "winter" mix - gotta love our politician logic here

I'm averaging about 22 Mpg in my 2006 Z4MC. I'd say about half my miles are on the highway doing 100 kmph or more.

High 17s generally, but I'm almost 100% short drives etc because I work remotely from home.

Must take forever for the oil to warm up huh? I forgot how thick 10W60 is! Mine barely gets to operating temp by the time I get to work.

Mine is still averaging about this on my new commute out here on ca 91 octane(the above was in fl on 93 octane and flat ground). My daily drive is about 40 miles each way, with the 15 miles closest to home being a decent or climb from `800' to 5400' and about 150 turns, the rest is all 210 freeway. I guess climbing the grade is canceled by coasting on the way down fairly closely....

Can you imagine if a new BMW 6 cylinder averaged 17 mpg? People would go go crazy. Their loss

I have an '07 M Coupe

I've averaged 23.74 mpg over 29k miles in 4 years of ownership, including 3 track days.

Not too bad, compared to my previous car, a 99 e36 M3. It got 25 mpg over the last 3 years I owned it. I think 1.26 mpg is a fair trade-off for 90 more hp.

Yep, which means my car rarely sees over 4k rpms anymore hah. Saving those bearings as much as I can! ;D

I only open it past 4k once that oil is fully warmed up, I get there a few times during the month.

Is there any solution available to don't take so long? Because also mine takes ages to go above 85-90 Celsius.
