got electrical gremlins

My Z4C has the following gremlins:

I've read various threads on similar issues but exactly the same.

1. no turn signal sounds when the car is warm
2. wiper will turn on once after starting the car - intermittent but it happens on warm weather

things I done:
1. changed ignition switch due to intermittent non starting - usually in warm weather
2. disconnected the battery for one minute

Other possible causes I've read:
1. bad LCM - it will need to be replaced

Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.

Sometimes an older battery causes stuff like this.

Check that battery is good.
After that I would look into the GM5 body module that resides behind the glovebox.
