Are you looking specifically for RPI? Else I have SS Powerloops for sale and I'm somewhat local to you. Also have an aFe section 1 but those don't come with o2/egt bungs (other than Euro/CSL, most catless headers come with o2/egt bungs).

I think I'm looking for RPi, based on youtube videos, haven't heard powerloops in real life but I could be swayed if I got a chance to hear them.

Also - looking for the section 1 with o2 bungs so I can move the secondary o2s there, in order to do the catless header conversion and still pass emissions.

Moving your rear o2's further downstream to your section 1 is no different than plugging it by the catless headers; both will result in emissions failure unless you go with the software route. That's why most section 1's don't have o2/egt bung since it really wouldn't make a difference.

There are few one-offs that do but without cats, it wouldn't be of much use to you. That's why most will modify their existing section 1 or look for a Euro section 1.

Re RPI, general consensus is catless + RPI = too much drone and can get tiring really fast. Obviously everyone has different tastes but do a quick search and you'll find similar responses.

I thought you could avoid getting a code by moving the secondaries to after the section 1 cat, is that not how euro spec Z4 Ms work? I'm not trying to go full catless.
Updated the original post to be more clear I'm looking for section 1 with cat.

Correct, you would then need a modified NA section 1 (with o2/egt) or Euro Section 1. There's some aftermarket (catted) options but it's not guaranteed pass. Both are hard to come by but best bet is to look on ebay.uk.

Go with ss section 1 with 🐈s. I think most people either go euro, or ss. I still have to put my on so can't comment on it with person all experience. Threads everywhere say it will work tho.

BTW, since I am here, anyone wanna part their RPI v3 ram air scoop?
