Adam - while you test fit, can you also check if they will work with shorter studs (a little less than OE)? I have a set of new KW Clubsports sitting at home to replace the V3s and I was wondering if I need longer studs with the RE brace. I needed them with the OE brace.

You will definitely need the longer studs.
The studs on the clubsports are shorter than OE.
Adding anything extra & they are too short.
IDK why they make them that way.

^+1

It can also be a pain to get KW NA to send you the right knurled studs.
First request, they sent me the same exact length I already had.
Second request, they sent the correct length but wrong size
It was not until I sent them photos of the the existing hardware with my digital caliper showing the exact measurments that they almost got it right and sent me the wrong size again end rant

otherwise I am very happy with the set up

Yeah, I had already put them throught the ringer by the time you got to them.
Either that, or I have horrible communication skills

Update... I picked up the first prototype off the new jig from Rogue on thursday night and test fit it on both the cars to confirm fitment. Everything fit great! Just two tiny adjustments need to me made to make the fitment 100% perfect. Not shown in the pictures below is the tab that is going to be on the brace that will reinforce the bracket tht welded onto the strut hat for the factroy firewall braces. As you can see from the pics below the brace clears everything perfectly. No need for washers or anything.

Looks great! It makes the OEM firewall braces look tiny. Those might need to be replaced as well for a perfect match. Interest to see what the GB price will be

We actually talked about this but I didn't think there would be enough interest.

If you were to look at one of the pictures from above which bar do you think it would contact?

Here are a couple more shots from alternate angles.
There man be an issue or it may just clear. Worth a shot though. If it does not fit, I'm I sure it would sell quickly to another member .
