I have a pretty good idea who this too.
If it's who I think it is, I was trying to buy these headers as well.
The seller didn't even have the courtesy to reply to my PMs

Rob as per my PM, still not clear where the damage came from. I sold these to you for a net $600 after shipping costs, something that could potentially cost me $2,700 new when I come to reverting back to stock before selling, so more than happy to take them back and give you a full refund. As you know, I had them fully insured so once they get back to me I'll inspect them and follow up with insurers..

IMO, I don't think this will affect the performance, but am no expert!! I've given you a couple of options in my PM, so please call me or email your preference.

IMO looking at the original picture the damage is visible. Although the angle of the original photo is slightly different from the subsequent photos, the angle of the indentations match up.

That seems more logical. Op why don't you work something out with the seller and just get rid of them here domestically. Prolly cheaper than paying shipping back. And the having someone have to pay shipping again to get them stateside..

yea i agree with you, but when i got burned buying from the UK before it took months to get rectified and my time is money and its cheaper for me to get the thing fixed (less of a hassle), but that also depends on what its pertaining to. this is not exspensive to fix hence my recomondation, but thats why i said also to persue it and to fix it at last resort.

not to stray TOO far offtopic, but are these headers from an e46 m3 or from a euro z4m?

Sorry to see this happen. I hope it all gets worked out. The damage should have been mentioned by the seller, but he seem willing to play ball and make things right.

Just want to update the seller flat_out and me are working this out. I appreciate all members opinion highly. If anyone interested in these headers, please PM flat_out. I can save everyone on shipping if a deal is completed quickly by shipping from US.
