Supercharged Barbeque

I was getting tired of SS headers, water/meth, superchargers...blah blah, so I decided to supercharge some ribs. My Big Green Egg smoker has a Forced Induced 10 CFM fan that has a computer to modulate my requested temp. When smoking shoulders or Brisket for 12-20 hours this thing is the cat's meow. I may have a FI problem Cheers enjoy

Thanks, I actually just acquired it. It's in the shop now because the shipping company put a dent in the roof.

There'll be a thread up sooner or later with a full detail with some good pictures beside driveway ones

Nice! We had BBQ for a week after we picked up ours, although it's only naturally aspirated.

lol because of this thread, I went and head Famous Dave's for dinner tonight
But it's not as good as Tony Roma's. Probably only on the same level as like Armadillo Willy's. We need better ribs around these here parts

Thanks... it's a little tight until we can unload this TN house. If I gained anything living in Memphis, TN for the last 10 years.... it's how to BBQ and low and slow smoke
