Not a Z4 but...

...possibly indicative of where things are heading? This car might end up around $50K. Or maybe it's already at all the money...

I'm keeping an eye on it as well as two low very low km Z4M Coupes reside in my garage. Funny thing about this car is that it's a sun roof/sun panel car...apparently there are a few solid roof Z3Ms rolling around...imagine what those are worth. I'm guessing 50k USD as well.

Sunroof does impact headroom which is an issue for taller drivers. I like the solid color interior too - it may be blasphemy but I never thought much of the two tone look.

I know the Z4MC is technically a superior car and the Z3MC is kind of not everyone's cup of tea but I think if I found a good one I'd go for it just for it's uniqueness.

Then have a trusted smart BMW specialist inspect it for sub frame cracks and have that welded. But I agree...same here...if I found a good Z3M...I'd do all of the above

Agreed, I love the Z4MC for it's uniqueness. I hate cookie cutter, I like having things that are different from everyone else's stuff. I don't buy shit though, just because it's different doesn't mean it's good. I like good stuff, that's different.

The BaT folks go on about that every time a Z3M comes up for auction. I believe it's actually the rear subframe mounting points, not the subframe itself, that needs inspection. The car was originally a 1.9L 4 cylinder, never designed for an S54. There are kits to fix matters so that it is not an issue.
