How are aftermarket firewalls in collisions?

Hey guys,

So I've had aftermarket firewall braces for a while now. The OEM braces are just flipped upside down and installed underneath the aftermarket ones for added rigidity. Fits quite well. Just yesterday I installed a strut tower brace and while I was doing so I noticed the aftermarket firewall braces don't have a "collapse point," so to say, like the OEM ones do when getting in a collision.

I wanted to ask if anyone had any good/bad experience with aftermarket firewall braces while getting in a collision. Would it take a huge impact for the firewall braces to fly off? or a bumper to bumper is good enough to ruin everything.

I can post pictures of the insides of my dirty girl if ya'll want.
