As the alternative to your news could very likely have been another forum member posting that both of you were seriously injured or much worse, I see this as very good news indeed today.

One of the things us Canucks try to learn and remember when winter driving is that when you get into a slide in the car on snow or ice, don't use the brakes or the gas. Just steer.
