ESS tuning does the Euro software conversion. I believe there are 2 ways to do it. You can either send them your DME and they will reflash OR you buy their handheld device to upload it yourself. They can then also email you other tunes you may want in the future (including OEM) and load them. Loading takes about 30 minutes and I believe you should always have your battery on a charger to avoid ruining your DME by having the battery die in mid upload. I've even read some people recommend a trickle charger for certain applications to help avoid the battery getting too low which can be bad.
