Racers: What's your oil/diff/trans temperatures

I'm trying to get a sense if I'm too hot, too cold, or in range. 2007 Z4 3.0 6Cyl / ZF 6spd / 3.62 rear auto diff with Quaife (non-M diff)

On a 20min HPDE session,

- my oil will hit 250F peak (I run a large CSF 8032 oil cooler up front) Mobil 1 20-50
- my manual trans will hit 224F peak (I have a gear oil cooler installed that starts at 186degF) Motul 300 75w90
- my diff hits 231F peak but quickly drops between turns (I have a gear oil cooler for that as well, starts at 186degF) 75W140 Motul

Any of you who race, where is your limit and why? Have you had issues going hotter?

I used to melt through diff poly bushings often before the diff cooler, blew a few diffs and one transmission before adding these coolers.
