Personalized plates - need ideas

In Mass we a lot of rules on what we can do:

...consists of only numbers and letters.
...begins with at least 2 letters.
...is no larger than 6 characters.
...does not intermix letters and numbers.

My wife and I came up with "EXTA Z". Of course our 18 YO son kept it within the speed limits when he took it out a couple of times. Didn't want the cops to think he was dealing.
