Hi Guys,
Here is some news and dyno graph of my Z After some testing and development on our S54 engine on the Stock engine+ Stock head we managed to get 375hp/375Nm up to the rev 7800rpm-8000rpm still with vanos on but a brand new AEM infinity ecu (that everything works on the car A/c speed limit / traction control All canbus features now runs with the infinity ECU after our MAJOR research and development on the wiring itself ) After getting up to the "end" of the stock head , we took apart the head and made a Super High flow head with intake and exhaust valves remaining same size but different material , Spring also was been change with high quality custom made 2 springs , retainer also has been change with a stronger material custom made for our application. Last but not least we custom made 2 brand new Camshaft with a duration of 287 equaly we keeping (for now the Vanos system) The head passed on our FlowBench and gave us really good results for what we done on it. We build also the engine with stock piston/rods , but we balanced the Crank / new clutch / dumper puley , new piston seals , Rod and cranck bearing . The Compression Ration 12.0:1 also change due the new camshafts New High flow exhaust manifold , and Custom made Velocity stack with no Air box on them and no Filter and finally turd the car on E85 fuel with Brand new Injector Dynaimcs ( 1050x ). After spending some hour on the dyno we managed to make "only" 444Hp / 419Nm We say "Only" as the Vanos kept "causing" problem after the 8350Rpm line ... Next evolution will be to Delete the Vanos , with our OWN custom made vanos delete kit ( that it will be available soon) and rev the engine up to 9500rpm ! |

That's getting in to 991.1 GT3 territory in power and revs. And unlike the 991.1 motor we don't have the problematic hydraulic lifters they eliminated for an S54 solid lifter approach in the 991.2 GT3 motor.
Too bad this valve approach wouldn't work! |

^This will be in every engine someday, and Geezers will be saying "remember when engines had camshafts?"
Remember when engines had distributors?

Thank you! Concerning the harness, i think i am able to build it for you, but the Pin connector are not available anywhere... so the potential customer have to send me their ECU, we don't have any other choice....
Everything works perfectly it is a huge improvment ! |

Great job on the modifications!! Are those door cards carbon fiber or aluminum with a carbon fiber finish?

door cards are in aluminium with carbon finish...
I plan to seel the AEM with harness as i deceided to switch into a real racing lightweight harness with dashboard so i don't need a such ECU anymore which is compatible with ABS, DSC, A/C.... |
