Good pictures; HID install is pretty straight forward. You can either remove the wheel well upper plate by turning the quarter screws 180 degrees, or remove the whole front bumper. Take out the stock bulbs and insert your HID bulbs, connect the original wiring harness form the car to the ballast then the ballast to the bulbs. Mount the ballast high and dry using screws/tape/zip ties and enjoy. |

where is a good place to get quality, low cost ballasts? And, is one ballast required for each bulb or one ballast for both bulbs?

Apexcone/DDM Tuning have cheap priced, high quality ballast. You can get a full kit starting at 110$
