255 on 17x8.5 et40, will it fit?

I'm planning on putting 255/40 R17 on a set of Kosei 17x8.5 et40 all around. It's for an 06 3.0i. Will the fronts fit or do I need use spacers for the front?

Well, had my Dunlop Star Spec Z1's installed today and they fit. They were 255/40/17 on 17x8.5 et40.

any spacers needed? what kind of inside clearance did you have?

No spacers for me. As for the inside clearance, I can't really give a number, but it's in there. On full-lock, the outside shoulder almost touches the fender liner.
