My (z4m 2008) oem xenon turn to red color and I believe is time to change. Dealer charge $260 (1 bulb) + $140 labor.
Does any one has experience to change the bulb in less cost? Thanks

Bulbs should be changed in sets. You can get Philips 4300k bulbs for 150 on eBay an change them in 15 minutes by yourself.

To change the bulb, you need to turn your wheels or take them off, remove the small plastic access panel in the fender liner, and open the headlight backing. You will see a silver square igniter that has a wire holding it. Release the wire and twist the igniter off. Replace bulb and reverse the steps

$140 to do something the owners manual tells you how to do? Owners manual, not service manual. Sheesh.
