Thanks so much for putting this together, can't tell you how helpful it is!

Just a thought, you might want to add cdv delete, clutch stop, transmission mount, and rogue short shifter. While these aren't glamorous mods, they can make a tremendous positive impact on the performance of the Z4M. (IMO)

here are the links:

The Zeckenhaus CDV replacement looks exactly like the OEM CDV from the outside. It however doesn't have the same internal restrictor.

You only need to use a CDV replacement if your car is still under warranty. Otherwise, there's no point in paying money. You can simply remove the CDV if your car is not under warranty.

Its the same effect either way.

I'll update again when I get some free time.

-- I didn't know RPi did a Z4M tune. That's interesting, I wonder if anyone has it. It's $200 more than the ESS and I honestly think ESS has more experience with the Z4M so... yeah.

^WHS +1
I did the Zeck replacement on my M roady
and I did the delete on my M Coupe.

So, I've done them both and there is no difference in functionality.
As mentioned ^ it's just if you want the added comfort level of thinking it helps in a warranty situation.

just get the Bren Tune, they did my car. ESS claims 8hp Bren got 20hp out of Jareds z4m with dyno proof.

I was just thinking though... The original CSL airbox is in 2 pieces (see pictures below and this thread) because it uses a panel filter, same as with a few other CSL-like aftermarket carbon fibre intakes.

(original CSL intake)

Now this Motorsport24 intake does look gorgeous but it also looks as ít's one piece whole. One mould. What's the filter then like? Is is a cone filter inside? A "mushroom" filter on the end? I couldnt find any pictures of the actual filter..

(Motorsport24 intake)
