Question Spacer Width Advice Needed for Winter Setup

I plan to mount the winter tire/wheel combo from my previous 335i onto my Z4 M coupe and am seeking advice on spacer width. Tirerack recommended a 5mm spacer just for the front wheels in order to avoid any potential wheel weight clearance issues with the brakes, however I'd like to push out the wheels so they don't look too tucked in (but tucked in just enough so that salt and sand doesn't kick back onto the car). Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

WINTER SETUP TO BE MOUNTED (all around)
Tires: 225/45-17
Wheels: 17x7.0 / Offset +35mm

OEM SPECS (for comparison)
Front: 18x8 / Offset +42mm / 225/45-18
Rear: 19x8 / Offset +30mm / 255/40-18

Using the stock wheels as a point of reference, you will maintain the same tire-to-fender distance by using 5mm spacers for the front and 30mm spacers for the rear. You can use a bit less for the rear if you don't mind getting it tucked in a bit and you'll probably be able to use the front without the 5mm spacer.

Since your winter tires have a smaller diameter than stock, that in itself will make the winter setup tuck in a bit.

You can play with offsets here... http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp
