Yeah, that's a lot of damage. For 29k, the seller is crazy.

If, and a BIG IF, it passed an inspection and restoration work was done extremely well (not a Maaco job) THEN MAYBE 20k tops.

Stickers on the door jam seem to indicate it wasn't just a backyard spray, they at least thought of masking them or removing and replacing them.

Meh. I have always wanted to type "meh", since I have to read it all the time. Too untraditional a color for a classicly shaped car. My opinion of course.

I actually like this color for the m3. Maybe it needs very unstock wheels to work.
