Custom ZPOST/Z4 Hats?

Any interest in Z4 hats? As many of you know I've done the polo project and hoodie projects (thank you all for your support).

Last month A customer of mine placed an order for 150 dress shirts and asked "Oh, can you do 500 hats...by next week?"

Up to now I've turned down hats since there hasn't been much interest and the add-on equipment is pretty expensive. Luckily I found somebody who wanted to sell some the hat adapters so I took the plunge!

Lastly, I have an awesome supplier for FlexFit hats. 8 years ago I bought a Kieth Code Superbike School FlexFit hat, and it's the hat that rides in my roadster with me. The quality is remarkable. (The embroidery was another story). The company who patented FlexFit went belly up and the licensing was purchased by another company. They discontinued my favorite line of hats and there was a bit of a wait for the new models/lines to come out. I have a hat sampler headed my way. I don't like the gangsta flava of the flat bills. I also want something high synthetic, so it can withstand lots of washings.

I'm neck deep in hats right now, but if there's enough interest I can do some layouts. Start thinking about what you guys want. The designs can be up to 130mm wide by 50mm tall front or back.

I'd be interested in one, but only with the rear end view of an MRoadie on the front of the hat.

You should do the front view of the MRoadie on the front and rear view on the rear of the hat

I'm interested if it is a fitted or flexfit hat. I don't like the adjustables. Thanks for the offer! I'll try to think up some designs I might like.

I would be interested in a flexfit hat. Not much of a designer though.

It would seem that it would have to be sorta generic to cover coupes and roadsters, M's and non-M's so that santov could get some kind of return. I would be interested in seeing some design suggestions.

Not really,

Just like the hoodies I can make a handful of designs and let people pick from option A thru D.

It works for me since my machine does them one at a time. Since the hats come in lots of 12 for EACH color I will want to get a few commits before ordering a dozen black, red, etc, etc. Although I don't mind having a few leftover since I use them as samples for other customers anyways.

I have a busy weekend, but I'll upload some of the graphics we've used before.

Flex Fit definitely, I wondered what happened to them. It's the only hat that fits my head without making me look like a trucker dweeb. I would have to see the design first. I'm more interested in a Z4 design as opposed to a ZPOST one. Sorry....
