In brief: 1) Park the car with the front of the wheel with the offending bulb pointing out (you will be working over the top of the tire). 2) There's a plastic panel inside the wheel well behind the headlight assembly. Use a nickel to rotate the 2 locking kajiggers and remove the panel. 3) There's a cover over the back of the headlight assembly held on by a wire in some notches. Pry the wire back and down with a screwdriver. The wire goes through 2 holes in the sides of the housing. Pull one end of it (the easy end) out of the hole so you can move it further out of the way. 4) This is where it gets tricky. Remove the cover from the back of the headlight assembly. Think of those puzzles from the 70s with 2 bent interlocking nails that won't come apart unless they are in the perfect orientation. Yea. it's like that. 5) The bulbs are in the ends of "stalks" that are released using a medium Phillips screwdriver. Turn CCW to release. 6) Replace with an H21W bulb. It has a BAY9s base, meaning the bayonet pins are 120° apart. OK, maybe that wasn't so brief.
