CF Interior Wrapping + Aero Bumper

Hey I saw some CF wrapping at

http://www.pyspeed.com/Carbon-Fiber-...-p/rd-8001.htm

I was wondering if it could be wrapped around my interior Wood trim?? Any DIY's on removing the trim?? Opinions?

Also I was looking at Aero Bumpers. I have an 06 3.0i N52 (No round Fog Lights). It seems that the aero bumper has the round fog lights. Does this mean that if i put in the aero bumper I will have to have the round fog lights .... any issues with installation in that case? saw it for $680 at Tischer

Thanks

yes, for a facelift z4 like yours you will need to purchase fog lights. however tischer's price of $680 includes the fog light - it's mentioned in the description. if you had a pre-facelift, the kit would be about $150 cheaper (don't recall exact price).

check e90post, there are alot of write-ups on how to wrap trim pieces in vinyl. in regards to removing our specific trim pieces, i remember finding some ghetto instructions online written in itailan but went mostly off pictures.

Yes, the Aero Bumper only can house round fog lights. If you go with Tischer with the Aero Bumper + fog lights. You may want to confirm with Tischer if the round fog light plugs are similar to the non-round fog lights, because each round fog light uses an OEM Black Plug ($3.00 each, part no. 61-13-6-907-388 H11 socket housing), plus you may need the proper wiring & blade terminals that attach to it ($3.00 each, part no. 61-13-0-007-272, and you will need two blade terminals per fog light).

Again, and since you have stock non-round foglights, they may be completetly different plugs. If they are different, your stock fog light plugs must be changed. Hope this helps.

Yes. It has to come out to gain access to underside fasteners.
