Do Need New Shocks

2004 E85, I have this thump noise from the front it comes and goes..car remains true doesn't pull left or right, tires are in great shape no uneven ware, but it just has this thump, last thing I did was change the rotors around will take her to the lift this weekend and make sure everything is tight, I really think I need to change the shocks, only thing i'm afraid of is she has an sport suspension SUGGESTIONS..oh she doesnt thump over big bumps it's the little ones but it's driving me crazy..HELP

Did you check the firewall to shock tower braces? Loose nuts there can cause what is described above. Very common.

See this thread. Torque specs are there too.

It is very unlikely that it is your stock struts, so I would look at the above mentioned.
