brooooo you made my night. I have bavauto coils too. I'm running without the cover but this looks soo much better than stock and than without it.

I'm gonna do the same thing, but make the cuts as long as the lines

(Noob question) Does the cover do anything in terms of preventing or minimizing water reaching the coils when driven in the rain?

Ive been driving coverless through florida's rainy season with no issues. The rubber around the coils provides a tight seal + the hood keeps the water out
