The are plug and play for some if not all of the e46 m3's
I sold a couple of sets over at m3forum.com and they went relatively quickly. You may want to post them up there too if you haven't already

Seats are in great condition, and I am glad I did lol. Not sure what the normal going rate is for these but they have gotten a LOT of interest from the e46M guys.
