love the BMW service!

broke my windshield trying to get the mirror out(don't ask)

and since I did replace the windshield with OEM BMW windshield less than a year ago, the regional rep has agreed to pay for my windshield anddd give me a loaner

also they gave me a new top at 58k

gotta love BMW service

just who and how you talk to that will make all the difference...i had another dealer program "alarm enable" feature for free of charge at 60k! most would've charged me hour labor which is like $100+

Nice...i hope that when I actually need something...like my first service in 500 miles...that BMW doesn't screw it up.

Congrats on having a good dealer tho.

First regular service next week, if they screw anything up I'll have someone's head as a hood ornament.

I'm more curious about how you got them to replace the top!!

I hear my motor winding down now (Sort of a recent thing I guess from all the summer usage) and I'd like to get my top and radio replaced before my warranty is out next april. (Car will be going into storage for the snowy months).

So how'd you get the new top?

Unless of course... the new top you got isn't the car's...

Must have been another one of his DIY projects... Retrofitting a 10-button garage door opener onto the rear view mirror
