love the BMW service!
broke my windshield trying to get the mirror out(don't ask)
and since I did replace the windshield with OEM BMW windshield less than a year ago, the regional rep has agreed to pay for my windshield anddd give me a loaner also they gave me a new top at 58k gotta love BMW service

Nice...i hope that when I actually need something...like my first service in 500 miles...that BMW doesn't screw it up.

I'm more curious about how you got them to replace the top!!
I hear my motor winding down now (Sort of a recent thing I guess from all the summer usage) and I'd like to get my top and radio replaced before my warranty is out next april. (Car will be going into storage for the snowy months). So how'd you get the new top? Unless of course... the new top you got isn't the car's... |
