U.S. version has a catalytic converter in the header and then another in section 1 (next section of piping going to the rear). Euro setup has headers without a catalytic converter and then only one catalytic converter and it is in section 1.

Pop your hood, go to the passenger's side. Look down at the headers past the headshields, do you see two big cylinder looking bulges? or is it just 6 slim pipes going down to the bottom of the car?

Being you're in JPN, you probably have catless headers. I'm unsure if JPN Emission has switched over to catted headers in the recent emissions updates or not.

thanks i will be checking on this when i get home this evening, but from memory i don't recall seeing cats anywhere in the engine bay. i think i saw a tiny one near the front of the car underneath last time i was under there but that could be false memory from what i would have expected to see anyways...

thanks for the info.

Do you have an M or non-M? The non-M headers are all the same.
