If you put in a 0.25A common glass fuse, it has a natural resistance of about 2.3 ohms. This simulates the BST that the computer looks for. After that I used INPA to clear the airbag light. Ran fine this way.
However, I had the BST cable properly replaced regardless. I didn't want any liability when I sell the car. |
